The place was far more welcoming prior to it’s refurbishment. It has now become very sterile and with the mostly uncomfortable seats making it quite unwelcoming.Granted it’s brighter and the latte is still very acceptable but I will patronise ‘next Costa’ in Morpeth over this establishment for comfort.
Monday 29th, order food Was given the wrong sandwich (this happens) no issue they swapped it over for me. Which was fab!Today I went in to order my regular Carmel frappe, and as a apology for Monday they gave the frappe for free :)Staff are always polite and friendly.Food and drinks amazing as per.Great team

The guy that served we was super friendly and helpful when I needed to know about milk alternatives, coffee was great even had vegan cream! Very tasty, toilets were clean so was the whole place, nice place to get out the rain and get warm!Dietary restrictions: Oat milk, soy milk and Coconut milk, great with allergies! Even have vegan whipped cream!
