Very clean and nice fish bar, staff are polite and the lady that served us also shared my hatred of scraps or as I call it "fish eczema" Nicely priced for two large chip butties, gravy & curry sauce. Now the reason for the loss of one star. Decided to try here because of the great reviews. Usually when in the area I go the the quayside chippy around the corner. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed at the fish and chips. Chips were a bit soggy and the fish so thin it was dry. Not the delicious flakey cod I was expecting. Was actually hard to tell what fish it was. At least the batter and service was good
