“Nice atmosphere, dog friendly and comfortable surroundings. Hospitality was great, good selection of drinks and food. The sausage and mash, pie and vegetables were nicely done. Garlic bread and some other slides slightly too greasy for us but otherwise very nice place.”

“Stopped for a Sunday lunch. Very good value for money. Foid was piping hot and fresh tasting. Impressed with the 6 different cuts of meat. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was myvery first visit and I will certainly be looking out for it again when I'm in the area. The beer garden to the rear has the most splendid view whatever the time of year.”
