Nice pub atmosphere. Good pub grub. Plenty of choice on the menu, something to suit everyone in our large group. Large portion size and reasonable prices. The service was friendly and efficient Would recommend
The rooms were lovely although we were told a room number and there were no numbers on the doors. Due to it being a pub it is slightly noisy outside until midnight but a good night's rest nonetheless. We had a garden room, which had a large bathroom and shower and one moderate bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Tea, coffee and kettle was provided.

Nice atmosphere, dog friendly and comfortable surroundings. Hospitality was great, good selection of drinks and food. The sausage and mash, pie and vegetables were nicely done. Garlic bread and some other slides slightly too greasy for us but otherwise very nice place.
