Our visit to Costa Coffee at just after 9 am was met with disappointment as the teacakes and jam were unavailable. Nonetheless, we opted for toast with butter, accompanied by a slice of the delightful lotus cheesecake, complemented by a flat white and chai latte. Gold Smith at outlet, just the best .Lovely staff...very friendly..also they actually get too know the.regular customers,and engage with them in a conversation.....aJust a.lovely place.and.lovely staff... oh and coffee and cakes..5 star !!!

As we were visiting Chilwell Retail Park we decided to have an afternoon break. As we both like coffee we had a cappuccino and an espresso. Both were very good but service was a bit slow and we had to remove the previous customers cups and plates! Hence, only 3 stars!
