We held the Celebration of Life today for my dad who passed away recently, with over 60 of us having a buffet at the Nags Head. We chose from the buffet menus and from that point on, Dave the chef said leave it up to us, go and forget about it now. I felt totally confident that we were in safe hands. What a great pub. They squeezed us in on a very busy new year's eve. Staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful. Children and dog friendly. Food was great value.Kid-friendliness: They set up specoal events for kids. Even had a post system for Xmas cards in the village

Lovely atmosphere and food. Staff very friendly. As the pub was busy there was a substantial wait for dessert and we had to query how long it would take as we had young children with us. Nothing to prevent me from returning again as the food was delicious.
