It is what it is. Village club, has lots on and a good atmosphere. I have only ever been for sunday dinner. Its like a mental trip back in time to when your grandma made you an old school dinner with grandma gravy. Worth a trip for the memories and also a nice dinner :) probably need to book in advance though
Had a brilliant evening here. Was sat in the larger function room at the back for an event featuring adult entertainment. Food is advertised as being available at certain times but not when we were there. I purchased a beef cob which was nice and soft. The slab of beef was gorgeous. Good service at the bar, good selection of draught beers served at a good temperature.

Held my parties and burlesque shows here, lovely venue to hire, 2 lots of toilets, food is lovely on the days they do food. However cobs can be found behind the bar or requested on days the kitchen is closed. Sunday dinners are really nice. Regulars are friendly, manager is nice and helpful.
