Plough Inn
Forest Rd, New Ollerton, NewarkI recently called in the plough for a drink with my husband, we walked up to the bar and was greeted by Cassie who was working behind the bar. She was very friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. She helped with deciding on what drink i should have after explaining what i like, she made me a cocktail and explained the offers they have on. So i had 2! After having our drinks we took our glasses to the bar and Cassie very politely thanked us a wished us a good evening. All the staff at the plough are polite and welcoming and we will definitely come back!

Forest Cafe
Ollerton, NewarkWe stayed overnight there next to cafe, lovely to wake up and have a breakfast place right next to you? Service fast, price actually not too bad for English breakfast and hot drink, definitely recommend this place.
Parking: It's a resting place parking at the roadside, plenty of space.

The Ollerton House
Wellow Rd, Ollerton, NewarkNice food and friendly helpful staff. As a group of 8, We arrived quite late in the day from a family day out at sherwood pines. They were able to seat us with ease and we enjoyed a Sunday roast aswell as other meals from the main menu. Everyone was full and happy. We would definitely go again . The pub is a little dated but don't let that put you off. It seemed to be a very loved local. Also a small play area outside for the kids which helped when waiting for the food to arrive.

Food was gorgeous and as an ‘all you can eat buffet’ offered loads of choice. All super tasty and my husband said best king prawns he had eaten in years! It’s always a gamble trying a totally unknown take away which is what we were going to have but the staff and the aroma of the food enticed us to sit down. Great evening. Thank you

Burgers done to perfection, nice and juicy without it overflowing with grease. The pizza’s have perfect balances of cheese, tomato and any toppings you wish to get. The BBQ chicken is brilliant and just what you need at the end of the week. Food was done and ready within 10-15 minutes, I genuinely can’t fault their service at all. Especially when the quality of food wasn’t sacrificed for the speedy timing either! We very much reccommend ?
