“A great experience and hopefully an expanding franchise as despite being a bit close to the end of service and a late stay, the staff were all very helpful and polite as we ordered and even took some takeaway. Food was lovely and very filling and worth the money. Would like to try some more of the food at another service station as some looked very appealing. Place was very tidy, and the atmosphere, although a bit cheesy, was nice. “Brilliant and courteous staff who have just dealt with some unruly and abusive young ‘children’ using obscene language and sitting on tables. Very professional staff who deal with such things in a brilliant manner - all credit to all the Starbucks Newark Market place staff who always offer excellent customer service…! Great place for a relaxing coffee…???”

“Saw this place on maps looking for somewhere nice to stop for lunch with a 2 week old baby with us. Had a lovely lunch with great customer service.Food arrived while my husband and daughter were away from the table, the lady who brought the food asked if they were off exploring and offered to find them and let them know it was here.Another member of staff offered to turn the music down if we needed a little later. Live music playing, we sat at the front of the cafe so it wasn't too loud for us anyway, but really enjoyed the music.Delicious hot chocolate. Lovely food. Nice cakes.Lovely place with lots of little nooks to sit in. Baby change available in the accessible / disabled toilet. (Could do with a hook or shelf near the change table to put the bag / bits needed for a change though - but the same for almost all change tables out and about.)Will definitely be back though.”
