Awesome café/bar with very chilled vibes. Great place to spend an afternoon catching up on some business emails whilst having a favourite tipple. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great new refurb too.
Square eatery/drinkery on the ground floor of the Broadway Cinema, Broad Street, Hockley, city centre. Prices are not the lowest although beer is reasonable (3 Nottingham Brewery ales on regularly), the tea range is quite good and there's a coffee customer reward system. Food: decent veggie range, kids' menu, different size dishes, OK quality. Can get noisy, usually periodically before film start times. Free WiFi of course, and many laptops are to be seen. Recently refurbished, quieter and more comfortable with a new cosy nook. Good range of tasty beers and non alcoholic drinks. Front terrace remains one of the best places for people watching in the city.
