Had a really nice experience in chaiwala Nottingham. Would like to shout out Mallaika for her impeccable service. She was really friendly and helpful and patient with us while we decided our order. She even recommended some items on the menu which were delicious. Best experience we’ve had in a chai wala to date ! Very honestly, the day will hold a special place in our memories to come as we received some good news as we were waiting for our food also.
i ordered online with uber and had problems with the order, when i called the store up and explained they were really nice and apologetic (even though it was definitely not their fault) and made my next order super quickly, 10/10 would recommend the
