Had the best meal on Mother's day with friends and a cozy cocktail making bag at the end. Waitress was very efficient and friendly. Managed to get last minute booking online. Lovely
I attended an event @ cosy club Nottingham. On leaving it was difficult to get a taxi to come directly outside the club. Summer, an employee went above and beyond to help me source a taxi and escorted me to the taxi. I cannot thank Summer enough she is a real example of excellent customer service, true compassion, and a real asset to cosy club. You don't forgot customer service like this!
