Came across the Dog and Parrot while attending the HMS Antrim association reunion held at Eastwood Hall. David and Kathryn and many of the locals gave us such an unbelievably warm welcome that left several of us Antrim boys truly moved. If you are in the areathe Dog and Parrot is a must visit particularly if you have or are serving in the Armed Services. Thank you David and Kathryn for all you are doing in supporting UK Veterans. BZ
I am a Canadian travelling the UK and the rest of Europe and I stopped by here with my friend Ollie a week ago. We had a great time and the owners were charming folk. Lovely atmosphere. Will be back one day!

A group of us went in on Saturday on a day trip in the area. We were made most welcome in this wonderful micro pub. It's no wonder they've won awards for being a community pub. Oh and the beer was superb. 10/10
