After a massive misunderstanding through the ordering system I managed to speak to the manager himself.I finally got my order replaced, in full.I thank them for replacing my order, eventually, and it was delivered by the manager himself, who could not find my address so now he knows how the drivers feel ha ha.Food was hot and tasty even though 48hrs late.
Fast at taking order in store and taking money and telling you it will be ready in 15 minutes. But 40 minutes later and only just got my order after waiting and asking multiple times. And I wasn't the only customer with issues while there this evening

Ordered using the pre order service via the app at 10:45 for the food to be ready at 12:15 for a work dinner. Food tasted great, collection was ready for bang on time, staff were extremely pleasant and the place inside looked spotless like they had out a lot of effort in to cleaning the place up! I will be ordering again when needed
