Our telephone booking request for a table to take a wheelchair didn't work out but Charlotte was her usual efficient and cheerful self and got us sorted out. Thank you, Charlotte.
Shaky start but all resolved by our wonderful hostess, Simone. We booked on Wednesday, a table for 4 for Saturday evening, when we arrived our table was a high bar table which wasn't suitable for us so Simone quickly diverted us to another area which was perfect. We had already perused the menu on Wednesday, so we were surprised to be told that the menu had changed on Thursday, just our luck! Lovely place for a good Sunday roast. Staff were friendly and service was quick. My roast was very tasty and had loads of different elements. Lovely view of the castle too. Will definitely be back!
