myself, husband and two good friends came for tea last night (16th February 2024) we had a table booked for 6.30, which was reserved on arrival for us . The service was excellent even though it was extremely busy. We had a lovely young lady named Noelle who took our food and drinks order, she was extremely patient with us as we had a problem with our blue light card. She was very polite attentive and helpful. For the type of pub your visiting here (A local) it's a very nice one... It's not snooty gastro establishment but they serve good food, well priced, freshly cooked. (Pub Grub).The staff were lovely, the establishment is comfortable, clean, warm and welcoming.I'm not local so chances of coming back are slim, however, if I'm in the area I wouldn't hesitate.
