I’m a regular visitor here for breakfast, and find the service is consistently good and rarely have any issues with the food, which is tasty and enjoyable. Only gripe is that when removing items from breakfast, the price remains the same - it would be an improvement if the price adjusted down or you were able to replace with something else.
The Portello Lounge is a favourite in our family. We have a wide array of food allergies and have always had a very positive experience here. In particular, staff member Tom has been ever so helpful whenever we come in. He always helps us with any allergen concerns and makes us feel very comfortable and in safe hands. It is one of the few places that has a decent Gluten free menu. The staff were lovely. Food was gorgeous.If I have one criticism the music was a little loud. Not too loud but everyone had to talk louder. Didn't really notice until we got outside though.
