We held a family event here on Saturday lunchtime. The food was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They definitely went the extra mile and it was much appreciated.
You walk into this place and think this is a place to be. Relaxing, nice and friendly staff. Great food and a great selection of beer wines and spirits. Just sit down and take the essence of this place. Best place I felt for a long time. Well done to all the staff.Parking: There are plenty of spaces, but I have been here when it's busy and can't find a space. Pleasant little bar, lovely Sunday roast only let down by "cardboard" Yorkshire puddings. Plenty of meat, loads of veg. Shame there was only one alcohol free cider on offer.Vegetarian options: Could have had a wider choice but what was on offer sounded very nice.
