It seems the best way to order is to use the ordering screens and these are fairly easy to use but if you're not familiar with the menu choices, it can be a little daunting. I think I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a cup of tea. I didn't have to wait long before my number was called. The "server" was friendly and I think I got what I ordered. The self-service machine does not print the receipt out after payment.I told the staff what we had paid for and no receipt or number was given. The staff told us, the number flashes up very very fast and then disappears.If the receipt printer doesn't work, it should say before or the number should stay visible for much longer.

Not a bad place,bought a latte yesterday and found a milk carton lid in coffee..good job didnt take lid off cup or milk carton lid may have been swalloed...over all not a bad place.
