Lovely country pub that makes a great stop after a walk through the surrounding countryside. Have never eaten there but they have a decent bar with some nice beers on tap. There's parking, picnic tables and a nice play area in the garden for younger children with a pirate themed boat to climb on.Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
Lovely food but the service was a bit lacking. The staff all seemed very young and inexperienced. The dining experience was akin to a cafe lunch rather than a nice meal out. The service didn't do justice to the food quality. I was hoping for something that felt more special.
