Food - Been here countless times over the years and never had a bad meal. The food is always great quality, flavourful and good portions. For how busy it gets, never had a complaint about waiting time either.
Environment - It can get busy, but with two sides of the restaurant, it's always nicely spaced. The decor is well kept and themed for a darker, cosy vibe.
Staff - Absolute delight; as frequent customers they're always up for a spot of banter and always polite and pleasant.
Been going for years and will continue to! ⭐

When he eventually turned up, he said we made a fresh pizza. That pizza I have to say was barely warm. Very disappointing experience all round

Gateford Rd, WorksopI have visited the Cafe numerous times, and I must say that every time I have been I haven’t been disappointed. The staff are absolutely brilliant, so kind and helpful. I asked for a lunch recommendation and Sophie recommended the chicken Caesar flat bread with chips and it was delicious!! So filling and great for the price! Karen made me a really nice hot chocolate with lots of cream on top, which was to die for! It’s always busy in the cafe, but the staff always have time for you, they always help the elderly customers by bringing the trays over to them & sometimes having a little chat to those that come in on their own. It’s so lovely to see such helpful and pleasant staff members. The cafe is always clean when we go, there’s usually a cleaner that comes and sweeps up, she is really friendly too. I always recommend the cafe to my friends and colleagues, and I will be returning again for another flatbread! Well done Tesco cafe!

Doncaster Rd, Langold, WorksopGood fish and chips shop. Pulled me out of a hole one Sunday night when I was starving. Great staff. I had some lovely cod and chips. The large portion of chips was very generous. It's along the main street/road in Langold so parking is not off street.

42-44 Eastgate, Worksop3rd year we have had delivery whilst staying at Clumber Park Lodges. Every year food is fab but this year the food was absolutely delicious/fantastic/out of this world.We decided to have it on our 2nd night then had to have it again on our 4th night.Can't wait to visit next year and have the best chinese ever.

So tonight I thought I'd give it a second chance. Ordered a chicken bhuna and rice. A pizza, and a mixed kebab wrap for the Mrs. Arrived on time. Still hot, and I was shocked to admit it's was amazing. Bhuna was tasty. Looked more like a curry casserole but was beautiful. Pizza was tasty full of flavour. And my Mrs said the kebab wrap was really nice. Chicken was cooked perfect. Think everest will be my goto curry place from now on. Gonna try all the different curries next time. Cheers

From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming — exactly what you hope for in a village pub. Locals rave about the relaxed vibe, great selection of drinks, and regular quiz nights and events that bring everyone together.
What made our visit really special was how welcoming the landlord, Steven, was — especially with my elderly grandad. Steven went out of his way to make him comfortable, checked in on him throughout our visit, and made sure he had everything he needed. It’s rare to find service that’s so genuinely caring, and it made the whole experience even better. Thanks to Steven and the team for creating such a kind, inclusive place — we’ll definitely be back!

The food is very good, the place is cozy and they take very good care of the decoration and it is really really pretty. But the best part is the staff, they are extremely nice, extremely helpful and they always have a smile.
If you come near workshop, don’t miss this place.
And the Sunday menu is amazing. They have this honey roasted ham that is heavenly.

I get around much of the country and this is the best cafe I've been to in a long time. The prices are very fair and the cafe is clean. The food is cooked/presented well and you actually get a PROPA pot of tea that lasts you to the end of your meal included in the price of a full English!

The Cross, Carlton in Lindrick, WorksopVisited this evening for Sunday dinner. Unfortunately the beef was tough as we booked a late reservation. However it was quickly replaced with a chicken breast which was beautifully cooked and bursting with flavour. The portions are fantastic, the mash and other sides were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Very tasty gravy and the side dish of cauliflower cheese was huge! Enough for 4 people and was to die for. We would visit again just maybe at an earlier time. The manager was very accommodating and friendly.

WorksopNice coffee, scones and flapjacks etc but could do with more food variety. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nice atmosphere. I think access to public WiFi would be a good addition especially as the mobile coverage is so poor in Clumber. I look forward to seeing the café redesign when it's completed.
