The food and the Bottled Beer was just as good as it gets. The restaurant is about 13 miles away from my home we had to decide to stay local or travel. Remembering how much we enjoyed the food the last time we were there, we made the right choice.\nThe food is tastier, and noticeably less oil floating around the dish.\nThere was nothing lacking in the service and atmosphere on a busy Friday night.

Carlton Rd, WorksopHonest, friendly, clean establishment. Staff are welcoming, very knowledgeable, attentive and cannot do enough to ensure a pleasant experience. Food is good, timely and has always been on the money for my wife and I. Steak is our date night favourite and has always been presented exactly as requested and to date extremely tender, evident the kitchen know their beans and allow the steak to rest. We have never had a bad experience, a testament to a well run team orientated business with customers wishes at the very forefront of their intent to satisfy.\n\nBoth sides of the pub are perfect, scrupulously cleaned, tables are placed to allow dining to be enjoyed without over crowding or a feeling that once dining has been enjoyed it’s time to vacate. Cutlery always spotless and the condiment available in my opinion are sufficient and an amount of choice to accompany the menu. Of note are staffs continual monitoring to ensure sauces are all in date and bottles are constantly cleaned. \n\nScruffs side is well furnished with an excellent darts area, sufficient gaming machines and of course a pool table that unlike in other establishments is constantly checked to ensure it is level. Love the idea of the odd free game to entice more business.\n\nIn addition there is a play area for kids to exhaust themselves prior to a well balanced meal with heathy options. Which also benefits other diners, who may wish for a quiet meal.\n\nIn short is it a place to treat yourself to a an excellent meal -YES.\nWould I invite guests, family and colleagues to a cheeky beer (or two) or a lunch or an evening meal-YES. \nWould I choose this as a venue for a celebrative meal-YES.\n\nThe pub manager is very good, Kieron the deputy should have his own pub as he is beyond good and both are supported by an outstanding team.

Gateford Rd, WorksopI have visited the Cafe numerous times, and I must say that every time I have been I haven’t been disappointed. The staff are absolutely brilliant, so kind and helpful. I asked for a lunch recommendation and Sophie recommended the chicken Caesar flat bread with chips and it was delicious!! So filling and great for the price! Karen made me a really nice hot chocolate with lots of cream on top, which was to die for! It’s always busy in the cafe, but the staff always have time for you, they always help the elderly customers by bringing the trays over to them & sometimes having a little chat to those that come in on their own. It’s so lovely to see such helpful and pleasant staff members. The cafe is always clean when we go, there’s usually a cleaner that comes and sweeps up, she is really friendly too. I always recommend the cafe to my friends and colleagues, and I will be returning again for another flatbread! Well done Tesco cafe!

27 & 28 The Priory Centre, WorksopFantastic place! Great little vibe and really love the choice of being downstairs for the busy coffee shop feel or upstairs for a more serene atmosphere. I had the chicken stack burger meal and it was a great burger whereas my partner had a neo breakfast and she loved everything on it! Really good value for money, I wish people valued small independent cafes like this one more as they are all really experiencing difficult times at the moment, as well all are.

Smoked shredded chicken was very good, the sweet crispy chilli chicken was great too. Fast delivery time despite ordering at peak time on a friday night.

42-44 Eastgate, Worksop3rd year we have had delivery whilst staying at Clumber Park Lodges. Every year food is fab but this year the food was absolutely delicious/fantastic/out of this world.We decided to have it on our 2nd night then had to have it again on our 4th night.Can't wait to visit next year and have the best chinese ever.

Doncaster Rd, Langold, WorksopGood fish and chips shop. Pulled me out of a hole one Sunday night when I was starving. Great staff. I had some lovely cod and chips. The large portion of chips was very generous. It's along the main street/road in Langold so parking is not off street.

A lovely warm atmosphere and beautifully clean toilets. Service was second to none. Our lb (4) has allergies and they bent over backwards to accommodate even cooking a jacket potato in place of the mash due to allergens! Meat was cooked to perfection! We will be returning and highly recommend! Plus kids eat free!! ❤️

The food is very good, the place is cozy and they take very good care of the decoration and it is really really pretty. But the best part is the staff, they are extremely nice, extremely helpful and they always have a smile.
If you come near workshop, don’t miss this place.
And the Sunday menu is amazing. They have this honey roasted ham that is heavenly.

I ordered a cappuccino and my partner ordered a chai latte, the cappuccino was arguably the best I’ve ever had and my partner really enjoyed her chai latte. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and we enjoyed our time and drinks sat very comfortably. We can’t comment on the food as we didn’t order anything, but we would absolutely recommend that you visit Piccolo’s.

The Cross, Carlton in Lindrick, WorksopVisited this evening for Sunday dinner. Unfortunately the beef was tough as we booked a late reservation. However it was quickly replaced with a chicken breast which was beautifully cooked and bursting with flavour. The portions are fantastic, the mash and other sides were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Very tasty gravy and the side dish of cauliflower cheese was huge! Enough for 4 people and was to die for. We would visit again just maybe at an earlier time. The manager was very accommodating and friendly.

WorksopNice coffee, scones and flapjacks etc but could do with more food variety. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Nice atmosphere. I think access to public WiFi would be a good addition especially as the mobile coverage is so poor in Clumber. I look forward to seeing the café redesign when it's completed.

59b Bridge St, WorksopA big thank you to all at the Olive grove for a very pleasant evening (Sat. 20.9.25). It started with us being late and lost, trying to find the restaurant in heavy rain. A member of staff came to find us - brilliant. Inside, we were looked after perfectly, with good advice and prompt, polite and helpful service. Our food - a big meal after a long day driving down from Northumberland - was delicious and very reasonably priced. We'll certainly go again on our next trip. Well done, all of you.
