A hidden gem with a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back for dinner & bring friends to see what they’re missing.

Waterside Cafe
Farmoor, Cumnor, OxfordStopped at the Waterside Café at Farmoor Reservoir and it was really good. I had a bacon sandwich and it absolutely slaps — the bacon was cooked well and it was simple but really tasty. The bacon and brie sandwich is also very good, and the cold sandwiches are surprisingly good too. They also sell Mars bars which are great if you want something sweet after.
The only downside is it’s a bit expensive for sandwiches, but if you have the club discount (20% off) it’s much more reasonable.
Overall a great place to grab some food while visiting the reservoir.
