Nosebag Restaurant - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

6-8 Saint Michael's Street, Oxford

Reviews for Nosebag Restaurant

Quick lunch stop took upstairs to this lovely large multi roomed cafe. Fresh salad counter with hot dishes available, we both had hot thick tasty celery and apple soup. Large generous chunky bread. Hot tasty coffee.

Read some rather harsh reviews about the breakfast. We went on two consecutive mornings this week instead of a hotel breakfast. Day one I enjoyed a bacon roll ,a nice large bap and a generous amount of bacon. Day two the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. It was delicious and I didn't need to eat anything else until dinner. Only criticism, the tea was weak. Perhaps they should buy proper Yorkshire teabags instead of the trendy Jericho brand?

Great place. Clean, nutritious, calm, quick and yummy. The big salad plate for £6.95 is delicious, selection from many salads which are all delicious. Their pastries down stairs are great. The place is always very hygienic and the staff are always kind. It's an oasis in Oxford, and the building is super old and cute.
