This is the best Costa I've ever been in. Staff are efficient and friendly. The place is spotless to the point that you really notice. I hope it doesn't change because I think the staff who turned it around may have moved on?

I visited here a few months ago to meet with a colleague and the place looked like it needed a thorough clean! I visited on a Tuesday and found a completely different place. It was much cleaner and the two young men serving were cheerful & helpful. Saw one carry a lady with a pram’s tray over for her! Overheard a local saying it’s under new management-well it shows! Hope the improvements continue!!

Staff are always really helpful & friendly, even when busy. Clean seats & tables; despite some patrons just leaving theirs cups etc on tables when they leave! Not the staff’s problem but they swiftly rectify it.As for the lady who complained about the loud table near her- why is that a fault of costa?
