A takeout meal for two this time. The standard has slipped since our last meal. Rather bland tasting and a watery sauce Onions on the raw side in the rice dish and chickpeas very firm in the side dish.

We moved to the area 18 months ago and this is the second time we have used this restaurant (both times a takeaway). Last time we came the staff were very welcoming friendly and helpful, and the food was great. Last night we went in to order our food and the chap on the desk was very unfriendly, sullen and very miserable, we felt a bit awkward his one syllable answers were very odd. A warm welcome and lovely white tablecloths and ample white napkins set the style for this restaurant in the corner of the lovely wantage market place and the food lived up to it with delicious dishes both vegetarian and meat based. Sag bhaji the best i can recall. They were very upfront that menu prices now had to increase by 10% but they are still more than competitive. Highly recommended.
