Staff at The Lamb are lovely, and it's a nice pub to eat in. Good value for money. I was personally a little disappointed by the food this time, the ham from my ham egg and chips was processed and formed, rather than carved from a joint, but it was perfectly edible. They do offer Sunday roasts, but these are not carved meat from a joint.
What a fabulous pub! We had a lovely lunch, steaks cooked to perfection, piping hot chips with first class customer service and the prices were very reasonable.
