Lovely pub really nicely decorated for Christmas. There were 6 of us in our party and everyone of us enjoyed our food. Reasonably priced and very hot on arrival as it should be. Staff very helpful an enjoyable lunch.Parking: Lots of free parking spacesKid-friendliness: Very child friendly, we had two 12 year olds with us but there were children as young as 18 months
Dropped in out of the blue ,After not visiting for a while.Amazing transformation !!!Super food, huge choice, cooked perfectly, good range of beers, and very attentive service.Go along and try it, it's incredible !! Sept 23

It's a great spot for a reliable lunch or evening meal with a pint. The staff are always so friendly and it has a great social atmosphere. Sometimes gets a bad rep but you should not be expecting a gastropub or winebar: it's a local! ? I've been here to meet friends and for work get togethers and it has always delivered. I like the layout that splits it into 4 rough areas: up top, middle bar area, lower area with TV, and garden with plenty of seating and a big car park.
