I went in with my baby (who was upset) and my 4 year old son, and I was overwhelmed with how helpful the staff were. They allowed me to order early so I could sit down and feed my baby. I massive thank you to the staff, especially one lady in particular but unfortunately I didn't get her name.Kid-friendliness: So helpful so I could feed my baby.
Coffee wasn't as good as on other occasions, 1 ok and the other very milky. We also asked for a slice of banana and walnut cake and the lady tried to sell us the end bit (crust!) that was clearly much smaller than the other ones. I mentioned this and she wasn't happy at all! We even had to ask for the spoons and the plates! I think we'll stick to our usual Cheltenham coffee place.
