We had a lovely family Sunday lunch in the large dining room. Our group included young children and the team were so accommodating and helpful. The food and service was excellent. Thank you and see you again.
We visited whilst travelling home from Gatwick Airport. Only 5 minutes off the A1, welcoming hosts, friendly atmosphete, and excellent food available. Great choice of beers on tap, but sadly, driving duties put paid to the need for any decision making. I highly recommend a visit, and I can hardly wait until the next time I pass, so I can make another visit.

Didn’t stop for food although the venue has an excellent reputation, Even though weekday lunchtime visit, warm welcome into what I’d call a comfy pub. Excellent range of beers lagers and ciders. I tried a pint of the hoppyWhite Rat which was exceptional. Going to pop back for some grub soon….
