The lounge itself is fine, it has nice views of the airport runway and apron. Food is okay, at the time there were not many people there using it, so plenty to go around.The reason for the 3 stars is both for the Wifi and bathroom floors. The wifi would not allow us to connect regardless of what email is entered. I tried my own, fake one, and many combinations in-between, nothing seemed to work. absolutely awful the person who checks you in has been there for years and you can tell you want someone cheerful as it should be a good experience but no not a smile on there face, the food is awful , salad, 2 hot food that is bland, scones, small sweet cakes, i know you can go back and forth to fill up your plate but the size of the plates are a side plate, the person who serves the drinks also has been there for years and not even a polite manner i asked her to put my 2 drinks...read full review

A great place to relax before your flight. Nice views of the apron and runway area. Good selection of snacks and drinks. The lounge is always clean, toilets are great and the staff are friendly.Recently they have changed to a MAXIMUM of 6 drinks on a paper / stamp system. Not sure why, but it’s the only lounge I’ve been to that is doing this.I’ve never been disappointed.
