I love starbucks but some of the staff just don’t listen. The worst is when you say you’re sitting in and you get a takeaway cup or you ask for a caramel macchiato with whipped cream and they forget the cream or you tell them to use up the free drinks you have on your starbucks card and they don’t. I just jump for joy when they get your order right. I suppose it depends who is serving you, some are good and you seem to know who is dedicated and who couldn’t care less and...read full review
Apparently I'm one of the top 10% of coffee shop reviewers on here. So... This Starbucks is nice. It's big and less dense than you might think, also it's less exposed than other mall ones die to it's location. I like it here.

Servers friendly but a little slow, causing queues to build up. Good value for money- tasty latte and good cup of tea. The main reason for 3 stars is the speed of service when waiting for the latte and the young man who was clearing but not cleaning the tables- in spite of the fact that he had cleaning liquid and cloths on his trolley. We watched him clear several tables but he did not clean one.
