Went in after uni to grab a quick bite to eat, 2 boys were serving one of them seemed to be new- and everything was fine. Then a woman who seemed to be the manager with a black polo came out from the back and grabbing subs off of the new start and doing it herself, he was about to do my salad and she grabbed it off him- and then a piece of bread got stuck in the toaster and after removal she told the rest of the q that it would be 20 minutes before a sub could be toasted. This is a good restaurant ita located in the city centre basically so it is convenient however the prices are quite high when you realise that most sandwiches are not that high quality.Vegetarian options: It has a pretty decent vegan menu however I haven't ordered from it.Kid-friendliness: It is quite kid friendly. Another Subway fallen foul of prioritising Deliveroo Orders rather than face to face customers. This seems to be a growing problem with Subway restaurants...Staff almost mixed up my order because of the above and completely ignored my request of lettuce and onion in my sub.This would have been 1 star but I will add an extra star because when all is said and done, the food isn't bad.
