We stopped by this charming cafe and were absolutely delighted. The loose-leaf tea was superb—perfectly brewed and served in a proper pot, making for a wonderfully relaxing experience. But the real star was the haggis and bacon roll—simply the best we’ve ever had! The bacon was particularly outstanding, cooked to perfection with just the right balance of crispiness and flavor.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Everything was spotless, from the tables to the service areas, showing real attention to detail.
A truly fantastic find—we’ll definitely be back!

The Lair Glenshee
Glenshee, PerthshirePopped in today for a hot chocolate and delicious scone. Very nice and staff friendly and chatty. What a shame it is closing in two days time. Hope it reopens eith new ownership soon! All the very best to those moving on to pastures new.

14 Airlie St, Perthshire, Alyth, BlairgowrieRyan at The Singing Kettle recently did outside catering for me to feed people I'd invited to a birthday party. The food was really tasty, beautifully presented and the cost wasn't steep. There was no stress for me and he didn't appear to be stressed either which is the sign of a true professional. Can't thank you Ryan enough and would highly recommend him for outside catering and highly recommend all the tasty things on offer in The Singing Kettle itself.

The Restaurant at Meikleour Arms
Meikleour, Blairgowrie and Rattray, PerthReally nice pub just off the Cairngorms. We were on a trip through the park and stopped off here upon exiting for an early dinner. Staff were very nice, the food was excellent. I had the venison, wife had the pasta - both were excellent (although I won!).

The Bridge Of Cally Hotel

The hotel is also close to other places meaning that there is many activities to do. This was a really nice place fo stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Chips would have been nice with vinegar and salt, plain chips boring. Pizza was nearly burnt but half of it was still nice, irn bru can was warm, should have asked for a cold one. 65p service charge applied which wouldn't be paid if you rang up but I placed online hoping for accuracy. Lady in shop very friendly - I'm sure she would have rectified but I wanted to get going instead of opening up bag and boxes on the counter.
