Thank goodness for the Shimla restaurant. I am a very fussy eater when it comes to food that can be nippy/chilli/hot. The fantastic staff at the Shimla ask you how you prefer your food and cook it accordingly. The also discuss dishes that they think you may like and now I have tried and enjoyed food that I would never have tried before. We have eaten here several times now, sit in and take away. Absolutely stunning food. When in the restaurant the service is second to none! Service with a smile and great recommendations from the staff. Take away, loads of food and just as good as if we have eaten in the restaurant (only downside is having to do the dishes!) Very lucky to have this wee treasure on our doorstep. Beautiful from start to finish, every single time we have used them.
