We attended here for the first time on the recommendation of family who live nearby. Turned out to be spot on in their judgement! I noticed in some reviews that the staff were not well trained or knowledgeable! I have to completely disagree, the front of house were very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. I was visiting from the States last week & absolutely loved this hidden gem of a restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our two T-bones with the Cowboy butter. The head chef even came out & asked us if we enjoyed everything & we told him yes, & that we wished we lived closer! You'd see us everyday. Well done to Coulotte, thank you!
