We came here for refuelling after hiking up Tinto Hill. The interior has a rustic large shed feel, warm and cosy, with a Scottish countryside theme. We got a Cranberry and Brie Ciabatta, Soup of the Day and some coffees. Everything was delicious and the soup did taste like it was homemade. Fantastic wee find. Food is really good quality, beautifully cooked and presented well. Loved the cosy atmosphere in the place and staff were amazing. Lovely to sit and look out at the beautiful scenery. We’ll be back soon a wee gem.Parking: Loads of spaces for cars.
Visited just before Christmas. It was very busy so thankfully we had reserved a table. Really friendly reception and shown straight to our table and given menus. There is also a big specials board. Great choice of coffee, speciality teas, hot chocolates, drinks and shakes. Food is all home cooked, as are the cakes and most of the bread. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious.
