Food is generally very good, tasty. Lunch menu is great value for money, evening prices are fair . Sometimes staff can make you feel rushed, you could eat a 3 course and be out in less than an hour it’s so rapid fire. Main complaint is as stated by a previous customer of people still eating and staff cleaning / mopping and standing dirty chairs on top of set tables complete with cutlery and napkins . From the moment we entered, we were made to feel welcome. We were given enough time to peruse the menu, which is extensive. With so many great options, it took some time to decide what to have. Even when we asked for some slight variations to our chosen dish, this was not a problem. Everyone's starters arrived at the same time. Just picked up an order, told it would be 30 minutes.. arrived after 20 and food was already sitting in a delivery style bag on top of a table, woman taking the money was extremely rude! Spent £35 and missing a starter got the sauce but no starter, really disappointed as been customers for a long time, can’t fault the food but customer service really bad!
