North Gateway Daviot Wood Picnic Site, InvernessVery good iced coffee and hot chocolate. We got a sweet chilli chicken + mozzarella toastie on brown, and a black pudding ciabatta which were both tasty. The forest location is a nice view to eat lunch, we will definitely go back :)

Chips were well cooked with slightly crispy exterior.Even the instant coffee was ok.Will come back when out for walk in the woods.Vegetarian options: Salad was crunchy that's good.Parking: Not tarmac but fairly smooth.Kid-friendliness: Multiple levels make it interesting and sound doesn't travel too badly.
