Cold May 1st and we'd been walking round Harlaw Reservoir so needed warming up at lunchtime. Saw this café as we drove past and decided to drop in. It was very busy (it was a Bank Holiday!) and full of couples and families with young children so we had to wait a few minutes for a table. The soup and sandwich excellent. Had the coronation chicken panini as a nod to the forthcoming King's Coronation (!) and the staff were just lovely.

Been here a few times and always found the cafe providing an excellent service with an equally great menu which caters for all ages. Staff are very welcoming especially when children are in the company and without a doubt it is more than a cafe, in fact an important part of the community.
