140 High St, DunbarVisited on a Sunday evening whilst on holiday. It was busy (unlike the previous night when we had walked past) likely due to the Christmas light switch-on happening just outside. We were seated quickly despite not having booked, drinks and poppadoms arrived shortly followed by our starters which took us quite by surprise (we had literally just ordered!) everything was delicious both came away stuffed and satisfied. The restaurant looked a little tired. Service was great. Food was lovely. Price was excellent.

Nice & Spicy
5 High St, DunbarI have eaten curries all over the world and UK, Southall, Birmingham, Brick lane etc. This was the best I have ever had. Easily the best in Scotland. Nice staff and amazing quick service.

Turkish Best Kebab
112 High St, DunbarThis is a takeaway only food shop serving hotmeals in the evening. Predominately various types of Kebabs and Pizzas, although you can also get chips. I always have a doner kebab with spicy tomato based sauce and salad sauce. I ask for everything separate as I hate the bread being soggy. Service is always great and quick. Cash only as they don't have a machine.

The Bear & Bull
72 High St, DunbarQuick dinner in the Bear and Bull this evening before a concert. We were able to pre order food in advance as time was tight and we enjoyed delicious pizza and pasta along with three ten year olds who were treated to their favourite bubble tea as well. My husband and I recently visited Dunbar for one night during our honeymoon. We were very fortunate that The Creel was able to fit us in without a reservation; that meal ended up being one of our favorites from our entire two weeks visiting Scotland (I would HIGHLY recommend a reservation, we got lucky, they were busy all night). The lady in charge was wonderfully friendly, the service was impeccable, the atmosphere comfortable, and the food was delicious (the venison was a particular standout). If you are in the area, I highly recommend a visit!

Main St, Tyninghame, DunbarA 10/10 experience at this lovely tea room, the staff were very helpful and welcoming and the food was top notch. Especially impressed by the gluten free options, and the quality of the bread included in the toastie option. We highly recommend the granola bowl. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Lauderdale Park, Bayswell Rd, DunbarWhat a beautiful little cafe. I didn’t know this place existed. I was aware there was a takeaway hatch but we walked around the building and found an inside cafe. A very extensive menu, good prices and very friendly staff. Well recommended and I can’t wait to call again.

Victoria St, DunbarGreat little restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed the castle burger. It was exactly what I wanted at the time. Nothing too fancy we were able to get a table without a reservation at about 3/4pm on a Saturday and I couldn't fault any of it.

I got a latte which was really good (perfect temperature and nice coffee flavour that wasn't too strong)
My wife got a deluxe hot chocolate which she also said was really nice.
The girl serving was very polite and friendly and we would definitely recommend the drinks here.

163 High St, DunbarCalled in for a few drinks at this bar and it was busy.The beer was very good and it shows sports on its many tv s.This bar follows rugby as shown by its photos and flags on the walls and ceilings.We never stayed in the hotel rooms.

Dunbar Garden Centre
Spott Rd, DunbarWe were on route to Baron Tweed, but the traffic was horrendous, and we saw a sign on the road for the Dunbar Garden Centre and Restaurant, so obviously we took any opportunity to have a relaxing break. We had some tea, and cake. I had the Earl grey fruit cake and my wife had the Custard cream shortbread, and everything tasted really delicious. The place is airy and bright and have a really nice.

17 Victoria St, DunbarA great pub. Good real ales with a list of what's coming. You are always going to get a choice of 2 here. Nowhere else in town, that I have found, has a real ale.
Clientele are friendly and Gordon may not see you, has a white stick, but has an interesting set of tails to regale you with if you engage him in conversation.
Highly recommended.
