It seems to be impossible to get a really fresh fish in Dunbar takeaways. The food here is OK. The staff are lovely. Pity the fish was not fresh, and overcooked, or both. I would rather pay for one really fresh fish than get two average fish in one meal.
Huge portions, extremely quick service with a smile and absolutely delicious fish and chips. Had to dock a star though as they don't sell mushy peas - a must with fish and chips ! Sorry ?

Called in on a Friday night for a fish supper. Queue out the door (which is a good sign!) but the staff were working like machines to get everybody their orders as fast as possible. I was so impressed with the pace that everyone was working at and all whilst being so friendly and happy with the customers. I said that they must be the hardest working team of people in Dunbar. Fab chippy— I could even overlook that they don’t do mushy peas!!
