Somewhat old-fashioned local pub. Popular with locals and football fans when matches are being shown. No food served.Small toilet areas. Pleasant staff.Recent repainting and refurbishment of seating. Still the same.Recently increased prices of pints but all pubs are doing the same. Various spirits and cocktails available. Has a Juke box used by small number of clients.
Recently changed hands and the new proprietors have made an impact already. Well run, and a very pleasant place to enjoy a pint or two. They have made great efforts to comply with the social distancing requirements in the current Covid19 post-lockdown and deserve every bit of luck and success for the future.

Not a bad wee pub.Very much geared towards TV sports as are most pubs nowadays.It does have its quiet times but there's always a good mix of people when it's busy and the bar staff are always on the ball.
