Some of my family and I (5 adults, 2 babies) went for a bite to eat today (Sunday) at 5.30pm. Having two prams with us, we were slightly apprehensive about being in the way of others/generally being a nuisance however as soon as we walked in, they were expecting us and offered a hand with the prams. We were out the way so not bothering anyone. The staff were lovely, really attentive and friendly and shut the door so the noise from the footie fans wouldn't wake one of the babies....read full review

Went for an anniversary meal on Sunday, the place was quiet but a nice atmosphere. The food was amazing, especially the chicken tempora starter. So many gluten free options, homemade batter, definitely will return!Dietary restrictions: Very good for coeliacs

A great locally run pub. The food and service were excellent. It's a pity they didn't have any IPA though. We visited on a Wednesday lunchtime, and there weren't many other customers in, apart from a very noisy table of young men, which probably detracted from the experience. However, I don't think the staff can be held responsible. We will definitely be back.
