As soon as you hear your order number being called or on screen then I'd personally go and grab it as quickly as possible, why I hear you say, well I heard my number but before I got to the counter there were a few girls standing beside my tray of food when I saw one of them reach out to take a chip from my meal.I think that the staff should not have the meals available for anyone to do this until they have verified the customer from the receipt.This was the Princes Street branch...read full review
