Walked in for a take away and ordered the tonkotsu and hell ramen. The hell ramen broth was spicy enough while the tonkotsu broth was light, flavourful and wasn't too heavy. I've had ramen from multiple different places, they tend to have multiple ingredients that each try to stand out in the bowl, sometimes overpowering another. Me and my sister had a lovely time eating the delicious food here. I highly recommend hakataya for everyone my sister had the ramen and loved it so much I had the salmon and cucumber roll with katsu don which was delicious. My only regret is that I couldn't eat anymore. I can't wait to come back such a lovely peaceful place in Edinburgh. Thankyou so much
