Very slow service, we placed an order and it took over 1hr20 to receive the order. The map showed the location of the driver on a bike or whatsoever, but the guy actually showed up in a car.Food was not bad at all, and great thing about it is that KFC in Edinburgh is halal.
Just dropped in for a quick order and takeaway. The service was pretty quick, even though They took some time to take my order. The food was pretty good. There was a very nice watermelon refresher that I really enjoyed which is not available in every KFC. The store is also located at a very prime location which made it very accessible.

This was often pretty heavily packed, and with only 3 machines that I could see, the ability to get in and get out was heavily impacted. I visited on Dec 31st, around 9pm and it was heaving, but the control over the queuing and space to wait was at critical capacity. Plus the machines refused my order multiple times which was very confusing as other times they sailed through. Genuinely I'd recommend vying for other KFCs in the area unless it's a very quiet time of day.
