Very much enjoyed Italian style cuisine in a nice contemporary restaurant. Excellent burrata, was more a main course. Nice anchovies. Very nice Chicken Milanese, and Monkfish. Fabulous Tiramisu. I’m a bit of a connoisseur of tiramisu, and I order it across the world. This was possibly THE BEST. Nice drinks list. Service is perfect. Best lasagne in Edinburgh ! This was a delightful find located between Stockbridge and the city centre. A small but interesting menu will pleasantly surprise you. Great selection of wines and you can sample many of them before ordering. Servers were particularly kind and attentive.

We mistook One20 for the pasta place down the street. The elegant owner offered and walked us to it. We liked him so much in that short time that we walked back to his place. “Well, this is the best Italian restaurant in Edinburgh…” Indeed, the eggplant parmagiano was light as a cloud, the artichoke tapenaud did not disappoint, the salads refreshing and the rhubarb tart, crispy and bright.
