Great Greek food in Edinburgh! Family owned spot with authentic Greek food options and large portions. Everything we ordered was very flavorful and felt like being in Greece again. We chose the bread basket, tzatziki, pita pita (grilled chicken fillet with pita bread) and the yaourtlou. The bread was nicely grilled with a good covering of olive oil, salt and oregano. Addicting! What a joy of having such great Greek food.. We tried a few Greek spots and Taxidi was by far the best. Pitas where amazing and hand cut fries like the ones from Yaya.Will be back when we're in town again.

Great Greek food in the heart of Edinburgh. We came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday who is himself Greek. He was able to attest to the authenticity of the food. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They even took a picture of us in front of the restaurant. Thanks guys, and well done.
