The Scotch Malt Whisky Society - The Vaults is a fabulous whisky drinkers' paradise with terrific staff, great surroundings, and excellent food, including sausage and mash. The food is on another level, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Despite some staffing issues, it remains a really nice experience after the refurbishment.
