Absolutely fantastic and phenomenal dining experience. All dishes are carefully created using best quality ingredients. The dishes show the passion and creativity of the chef. Heron gives you a wholesome experience. The ambience is lovely with soft music playing in the background.The staff is courteous and have a good grasp on the dishes served. I did a little research before heading to Edinburgh to meet friends staging a production for Fringe and found this little gem. Since it was a last minute trip and wasn't able to plan dinner reservations with more time, I was destined to dine alone.
